I had the great fortune of growing up in Italy surrounded by some of the most beautiful and renowned Andrea Palladio (1508 - 1589) architecture. My grandfather, Bernardino Boifava, was a well-known sculptor; his classical monuments grace many “piazze” in Italy. My home is still filled with some of his smaller works. Growing up in such a rich visual environment, combined with all the impressions gathered during my extensive world travels since a very your age, have left a deep impression on my creative style.
I started designing business cards and flyers for friends and family just as a hobby, but my passion for computer graphics quickly become a way of life and turned into a career.
Advertising, flyers, catalogs, banners, poster and all kind of printed matter became my specialty. Logo design, CD covers and CD packaging design were my next step. I now also offer website development & design, and social media marketing.
I founded Vision Gate Design in the late '90s and to this day I bring the same passion, child-like wonder and curiosity at the start of every project. Being an avid learner both in the creative and the technological fields I always seek new, elegant and cost-effective solutions.
